Responsibilities

  • Create and manage partnerships to support our go-to-market strategy
  • Build strategic alliances to deliver complete solutions based on Lightbits’ products to our target customers
  • As a member of our business team, help drive customer engagements, contribute to marketing programs, and provide input on product requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in storage, compute or networking
  • Prior startup experience highly desired
  • Engineering or Business bachelor’s degree required; MBA degree highly desired
  • Understanding of cloud and IT infrastructure including applications, key players, and market trends
  • Tenacity, with hands-on can-do attitude
  • Strong relationship-building skills, to approach and engage with target partners and build win-win strategic alliances
  • Strong technical aptitude, fast learner, able to effectively communicate technical and business concepts
  • Strong business mind and ability to weigh trade-offs and define a total solution
  • Ability to evangelize new products, technologies, and value propositions
  • Ability to travel as needed to support partner engagements
