Sales Force Administrator

The responsibilities of the Sales Force Administrator include ownership of the sales process: it’s implementation, compliance governance and execution in SalesForce.com. In addition, the Sales Force Administrator owns sales reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Sales including pipeline, performance metrics, trends, forecasting and opportunities at team, regional and global levels. This includes analytics to provide management with a complete picture of business performance for the whole Sales division. The functional groups that the Sales Force Administrator is required to work closely with include: Sales – Sales Reps, Sales Directors, Sales VPs; Management – CEO & CFO; Other Divisions - Business Development, Marketing. The position is based in Israel.

Responsibilities

  • SFDC – responsible for the maintenance and management of SalesForce.com data, adding / changing fields, layout, validation roles, report creating
  • Forecasting & Analysis – defining, tracking and reporting sales performance metrics and trends
  • Pipeline reviews – providing reports and data required to support regional and global pipeline reviews
  • Process – create and maintain documentation for core sales and marketing process, issuing of Sales quotes, quota
  • Contract Renewals – supporting the Account Manager to execute on the Renewals Process and maintain global tracking of renewals, churn and license reductions
  • Planning – provide specific analysis and input into the global business planning process

Desired Skills and Experience

  • SalesForce.com knowledge: processes, maintenance, layout, creation of new flows - must
  • English: fluent
  • Office and Excel expert – must
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field
  • Experience in the Hi-Tech industry- advantage
  • High capability of data analysis and detailed oriented – must
  • SAP knowledge – advantage
  • High Education studies or practical engineer diploma
