Inside Sales Manager/Senior BDR Manager

Based on Lightbits success with landing and expanding in some of the world’s largest and most innovative enterprise and service provider customers, we are growing both our business development and sales roster, globally. Lightbits is investing heavily in growing our marketing and demand generation functions in H2 2024. To underscore the investment in demand generation, Lightbits has invested in acquisition and integration of gold-standard productivity tools, including HG Insights, SalesLoft, Marketo, Salesforce.com, Channeltivity and ZoomInfo, to ensure that our world-class BDR’s team has the tools and support that are necessary to exceed their objectives. This role will be located in Israel or the USA (preferably Israel).

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong partnership & collaboration at the VP and Director levels with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations.
  • Directly Manage an established team of Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) in the U.S. and in EMEA.
  • Drive team activity for both inbound lead follow up and targeted outbound demand generation to exceed assigned quotas for MQL’s (Appointments) and for SQO’s (Sales Qualified Opportunities).
  • Lead by example and carry an individual quota for pipeline generation (smaller than that of your direct reports).
  • Embrace learning and certification on public cloud and ecosystem.
  • Maintain constant collaboration with marketing peers and marketing leadership who are responsible for generating leads that flow to your team.
  • Coach team on how to leverage social channels to expand Lightbits audience and to augment Lightbits marketing efforts.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of inside sales leadership experience with direct reports in the technology space.
  • Experience and technical acumen with Lightbits demand generation platforms (Salesforce.com, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, HG insights, Marketo).
  • Verifiable track record and success partnering with sales, marketing and other functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good general knowledge and interest in the cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS customer experience.
  • College graduate
  • Entrepreneurial style; have a creative approach to business development and a process to get in and establish new accounts.
  • A desire to be successful and to see your customers and Lightbits teams succeed.
